1. Only one horse or item allowed per advert
2. No web links permitted to other sales sites (eg. ebay, horsedeals, trading post etc) in any listing.
3. ADVANCED and FEATURED listings may contain a web link provided it goes to your own personal or business website and is related to the horse, item, service or business that you are advertising.
4. Please list in appropriate categories; ads in inappropriate categories will be moved to correct sections
5. ThoroughbredDeals.com does not provide any guarantee in relation to any persons’ goods or services.
6. ThoroughbredDeals.com does not and cannot provide any guarantee or assurance in relation to any goods or services advertised for sale on ThoroughbredDeals.com by third parties including, but not limited to, any representation or warranty that the goods or services are of good quality, fit for the purpose intended, safe for the purpose intended, as described by the seller or owned by the seller.
7. You must obtain permission from the owner of any copyrighted material such as text, photos and video if you intend to use them in the advert
8. All items offered for sale, lease or give away must be located in Australia or New Zealand, you cannot advertise or list any item which you do not own; or any item which you do not otherwise have the right to sell, lease or give away.
9. You must not offer for sale, lease or give away any item which does not comply with all relevant laws; or infringes the copyright of any person, company or organisation; or is misleading or deceptive including photos, video or text that do not match the Item.
10. MULTIPLE PHOTOS. If you wish to show multiple photos of your horse / item for sale please purchase one of our paid listings (FEATURED or ADVANCED LISTINGS) which have provision for multiple photos. We will not publish repeat ads showing different photos
11. Once your Ad is submitted to ThoroughbredDeals.com and payment made it cannot be cancelled and / or payment will not be refunded.
12. ThoroughbredDeals.com has absolute editorial control in relation to the publication of Your Ad, including the format, position and placement of Your Ad.
